At the moment Ramada Continental Hotel, Dubai cannot charge credit/debit cards online. By signing this form guest allows Ramada Continental Hotel to hold amount equivalent to one night charge to confirm your booking and subsequently reserve rooms accordingly. Hotel shall formally send a confirmation letter and credit card authorization details. Guest can change, cancel or modify their booking 48 hours prior to arrival date at no extra cost. Please send an e-mail to reservation@ramadacontinental.com with ref number to cancel or modify. In case no guest turned out at the hotel front desk on arrival date and did not cancel the booking an amount equivalent one night will be charged to the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking as No Show Charge. Please do not provide your CCV code unless advised to do so as we do not require it for holding amount to secure your booking. We value your support and ensure that all transactions carried out are fully secure and hotel takes full responsibility to provide services equivalent to the amounts paid.
