ROOM RELEASE & CANCELLATION POLICY

All room reservations will be held until 6 p.m .release basis, unless guaranteed or we receive prior notification of any delays. Cancellation made 48 hours in advance will not be charged. Cancellations after 48 hours will be charged equivalent one night room charge, based on the guaranteed number of rooms reserved. NO SHOW CHARGES WILL BE MANDATORY FOR ONE NIGHT ON AGREED ROOM RATE
